Hi, this videos shows you what to do if your disc has become stuck in your Xbox One S console. Firstly try to Power Cycle your console to do a hard reset (this will not delete anything from your Xbox). If the game disc still does not eject then you will have to use an Allen / Hex key or a paper clip to manually remove the disc using the hidden hole at the side of the console. You will need to insert the paperclip/Allen key at least 42mm (4.2cm) to be able to remove the disc.
