0:00 Step 1 Enable Legacy Apps
Files → Preferences → Apps (Shortcut : Ctrl + ,)
Scroll all the way down.
Enable the "Show Older Apps" toggle.
0:10 Step 2 Install Adobe Muse CC 2018
Scroll through the "All Apps" section.
Identify "Adobe Muse CC".
Click the "Install" button.
0:20 Step 3 Close Down The Creative Cloud Application (Shortcut: Ctrl + W)
0:23 Step 4 Disconnect from the internet
Disable your Wi-Fi connection or disconnect your Ethernet cable from your device.
0:25 Step 5 Open Task Manager (Shortcut: Ctrl + Alt + Del)
0:28 Step 6 Terminate All Adobe Processes
Select an Adobe process and click on "End Task".
