Here's a little fix or at least workaround for the annoying ADS / aim down sights bug in Battlefield 2042. It allows you to keep on playing and you won't have to redeploy anymore. I'll also explain what triggers the bug, so you have a better understanding of why it's happening.

Since it wasn't fixed (again) with the last update I thought this might be helpful.
