Are you having problems and not able to apply the fidelity ray tracing mode on your PS5, you need to reboot to apply the changes. Exit to the main menu and it will give you an option to reboot the game. Also, if you can't do this, go to the ps5 settings, saved data and game app settings and then go to game presets and select game default otherwise you won't be able to turn on ray tracing!
