Bioware is looking for feedback when it comes to their Progression and Loot System and having gone in and put that feedback in both on the official forums and on Reddit, I figured I'd share my simple idea here to help try and fix the progression and loot system within Anthem. The idea is simple and it comes from Phantasy Star Online. In that game, you had the "MAG" system where you could feed your robot items to help it level up. So in this example, you could infuse gear with your drops to help them level up and eventually upgrade your lower tier gear into upper tier gear, thus having drops no matter the rarity has value.
