In this tutorial, I'll show you how to fix the COM Surrogate high CPU or disk usage problem in Windows. This issue is commonly caused by Windows processes, and I'll guide you through steps to resolve it and improve system performance.

Component Object Model or COM is a medium to enable communication between 2 processes or apps. It allows developers to create objects, a.k.a.
