How To FIX Critical Error Start Menu Not Working & Search Not Working In KB4515384 Update

In this Windows 10 Tutorial I will be showing you how to FIX 2 issues since installing the latest KB4515384 update (OS Build 18362.356) the start menu showing a critical error "start menu not working" and telling you to sign out but no matter how many times you sign out you just keep getting the same error and also the search not working since installing the latest cumulative update KB4515384.

This update did manage to FIX one major problem since the last cumulative update KB4512941 and that was the high CPU usage from SearchUI.exe.

Microsoft are apparently aware of the current problems in the latest KB4515384 update. So with a bit of luck they will release another update soon which will FIX the start menu not working and also search not working.
