Step 1. Press Windows Key + X and select Command Prompt (Admin).
Step 2. When Command Prompt starts, type below command and press Enter

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /all
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew
netsh int ip set dns
netsh winsock reset

Step 3. Restart your PC.
