Step 1) Lower the time limit for the lobby, it worked for me, you can give it a try
Step 2) Remove FPS unlock entry from Engine.ini file
Step 3) Delete engine.ini file, when you launch the game, it will create a new engine.ini file (All saved settings will be lost)
Step 4) Delete the config folder (All saved settings will be lost)
Step 5) Turn On V Sync
Step 6) Try Google DNS Server
Run these commands
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
Step 7) Perform Power cycle- Shut down your computer, unplug the power cable, press & hold the power button ON PC for few seconds, turn off WIFI router, wait for few seconds and restart your WIFI router and then restart your computer
Step 8) Make sure date, time, time zone and region are correct on your computer
Step 9) Switch to a different network
Step 10) Use Ethernet connection, use mobile hotspot
Step 11) Update Windows
Step 12) Verify the game files
