This video details how to fix dropped frames in either Streamlabs OBS or OBS Studio. There's nothing more crippling to a streamer than bad internet and dropped frames. I personally have struggled with this dilemma for several months. I finally found a fix to my laggy streams that enables me to never drop a frame again! Keep in mind that this fix doesn't mean your stream will always look crystal clear, however, when the alternative is dropped frames, this is the route to go.
