Make changes in the registry, make a backup first and then try the steps:
Open regedit and go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows Media Foundation\Platform
Make a right-click on the Platform folder and select New - DWORD.
Name it EnableFrameServerMode.
Right-click on the newly created value and select Modify.
Change its Value data to 0.
Repeat the steps with HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\\Windows Media Foundation\Platform
