I get the following error message/notification while try to searching the service provider/registering with its service provider in my android mobile:

This error solution is common for android,tablet,bluestacks and the android versions are kitkat,lollipop,marshmallow and nougat also.

Solution:

1.Goto your android settings-sim card manager.

2.Disable your error occurred sim card then goto " Mobile networks ".

3.Then click to open "Network mode" and choose mode as "GSM only".

4.Now goto "network operators" and search your service provider and register your sim card with its network.

5.If it is successfully registered, then again enable that "Sim card" (error occurred).

6.Same way goto "mobile networks" -"Mobile network" and then choose your network mode as same "GSM only".

7.Then click to open "network operators" and then search your service provider and register your sim card.

8.Finally the problem is solved.
