I get the following error message/notification while try to access the google play books in my new android mobile:

Couldn't retrieve Google Play books library from Google.Check your Internet connection and try again.

This error solution is common for android,tablet,bluestacks and the android versions are kitkat,lollipop,marshmallow and nougat also.




Some error occurred android mobile devices are samsung,lenovo,micromax,asus,asus zenfone,lg,vivo,oppo,panasonic,one plus one,htc,htc one,yureka,redmi,gionee,nexus,google pixel,genymotion,sony xperia,lyf,honour,leeco,samsung galaxy and note devices also.

Solution:

1.Goto your android settings-date and time settings.

2.Tick to enable the following two options.

3.Automatic date and time

4.Automatic time zone.

5.Then go back to one step and click to open apps or applicaion manger section.

6.Choose " All " Tab, then locate "Google services framework"

7.Then click to open it and click "clear data" option.

8.Also click to open "Google play books" and untick "Restrict to launch" option.

9.Finally again once restart/reboot your android the problem is fixed.
