I get the following error message/notification while try to check my data/call/sms/wifi usage in my jio sim using Myjio app in my new android:

You have not subscribed to a plan for this service




This error solution is common for android,tablet,bluestacks and the android versions are kitkat,lollipop,marshmallow and naugat also.




Some error occurred devices are samsung,asus,asus zenfone,black berry,micromax,moto e,moto g,moto x,moto z,lenovo,lg,panasonic,one plus one,yureka,gionee,redmi,vivo,one plus one,htc,htc one,genymotion,nexus,google pixel,redmi,gionee,samsung galaxy and note devices and sometime ios iphone also.

Solution:

1.Goto your android settings-apps-downloaded.

2.Click to uninstall your myjio app.

3.Then install the "C cleaner" app" and click to open it.

4.Then choose"ANALYSE" option and then finally click "clean" option.

5.Now again goto your google play store and search to install the Myjio app.

6.Finally again try to open your myjio app and check your daily usage limit the problem is solved.
