Here's how you fix the EVGA RTX 3090 FTW3 GPU fans not spinning except for on startup using Precision X1.
This also works for any EVGA made GPU 1000 series an up.
By default your card only turns the fans on once the card gets to a certain temperature which is too hot for my liking, so in this video i show you how to setup a custom Fan Curve using the manufactures GPU Software/Program.
Which is quite shockingly easy to use & FREE compared to other Fan Curve control Software.
However you will want this program always running in the background, either minimized or up on another monitor in order for the fan control settings to take effect.

Please note this software an my video is only if you have a EVGA made Graphics Card. Pretty sure Precision X1 Software dont support other brand name cards other than their own EVGA made GPU Products.
