How to Fix GOD of Ragnarok Black Screen Issue on PC

Are you stuck staring at a black screen while trying to play God of War Ragnarok on your PC? Don’t worry! In this video, we’ll walk you through proven methods to resolve the black screen issue and get you back into the epic action of Midgard.
STEPS IN THIS VIDEO :
1) Switch to Windowed mode, use Alt+ Enter, if you can go to graphics settings switch to Windowed mode
2) Disable DLSS
3) Cap the FPS to 30 during the fight and once fight is over set the FPS you want.
4) Run game as an administrator, disable full screen optimizations
5) Delete user preferences file from save game folder (Saved Settings will be lost)
6) Rename save game folder (This will result in loss of save game progress) create a backup first Step 5) Verify the game files

8) Run the game on dedicated graphics card, Nvidia users select High Performance Nvidia Processor
9) Desktop users: Connect the monitor to dedicated graphics card
10) If you are using any third-party antivirus like Comodo, Avast, AVG, McAfee, Norton, bit defender, then allow the game exe to your antivirus program. Windows Security users allow the game exe file to controlled folder access and firewall
11) Increase the Virtual Memory View Advanced system settings Initial Size: 1.5 x Total Ram Maximum Size: 3 X Total Ram
12) Update Windows
13) Unplug external devices such as hotas, pedals

15) Uninstall the game, go to the game installation folder and delete the game folder, restart your PC, and reinstall the game to C Drive/if already installed to C drive, then install the game to another SSD
