When you open up the Task Manager you might have noticed that it says that your CPU is using 100% usage and your memory is also using 100% usage. There can be a few different reasons why this is happening to your Windows 10 PC or laptop, so follow the steps in this video, and after you have done each method restart your computer and see if it fixed the problem.
