make sure gpu is up to date:

download "UE5" on epic games launcher
https://store.epicgames.com/en-US/download
(It takes forever but will definitely improve perfomance!! just trust me on this one)
YOU DONT HAVE DO ANYTHING TO UE5 BESIDES DOWNLOAD IT,
JUST TRUST ME, TOD WILL RUN SMOOTHER THAN A BABY'S BOOTY AFTERWARDS!!
