How to Fix "missing file privilege" error for Steam games (100% Working)

Today i'm here with a New Video tutorial. In this Tutorial i will teach you how to fix a rare steam error which is known by "missing file privileges".
All you need is a registry file which can fix your permissions, if you change hard drive from one to another pc or any other reason which is denying your access to any file/folder.
