How to fix MSI Dynamic Dashboard III issue

1) shut down the PC
2) disconnect the power cable
3) let the power drain (I waited 3 minutes)
4) boot into windows
5) download the MSI dashboard update tool from the forum post https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?threads/dynamic-dashboard-iii-issue-x870e-godlike.406552/#post-2301082
6) Update the DATA (do not update the firmware)
7) after updating the data the dashboard screen will turn off and reboot

8) Extra Step You can also downgrade to the A15 bios since I never experienced this issue while on that BIOS. I have since downgraded to A15 and will remain there until MSI provides a full fix.
