task manager-Run new task-Local Disk C-Windows-System 32-Gpuupdate-Controlpanel-Programes-Turn off windows ON/OFF- Select 3.5 Net Framework- Download Files- Copy these files and Paste in Local Disk C

STEP 2-
User Account- Change to low- Windows 11 ISO- Mount ISO File-CMD- Run as Admin- Change disk 'c'- Execute-type both Command in below one by one
Control Panel- Select Both- Ok - Solved
