How to Fix Out of Sync Audio in Premiere Pro (For Smart Phone Footage)

!!!IMPORTANT!!! I believe the reason why some people are having trouble with this method is because this footage is from a smart phone. I feel that's why it's not working for some people.
First of all, thanks for your questions! Some people are still having problems with their audio, and after asking some questions about their footage, it seems to be the same situation. When you are recording your footage, make sure you are recording in a consistent frame rate! Game play footage, camera phones, and web cams don't have consistent frame rates usually.
Video games will change frame rates depending how much action is going on screen, small cameras like phones, and web cams will adjust frame rates depending on your lighting. Premier Pro cannot adjust to the frame rate changes, and that will cause problems.
What I suggest is play your footage by double clicking it, to play it with your default media player, screen capture it, and use that file to edit as a quick fix. For the screen capture, I suggest recording in 30 fps 44100 Hz in a .mov format, for online stuff.

If your audio is out of sync in your RAW footage, well then you are going to have to manually adjust each clip until you're done! Cause something went wrong, and most likely your fucked! You can right click on the footage in your timeline, select unlink, and that separates the audio, and video file so you can manually move the audio as you see fit, sorry I don't have a quick answer for a situation like this!
