You need to update Pokémon bank and your game then your Pokémon Bank will tell you please try again with whatever your trainer’s name is with a trainer ID number, each Pokémon game has a specific trainer ID number, then when you find your game you need to insert the cartridge into your Nintendo 3DS, then launch Pokémon Bank. Once you have it up, load it, then click launch Pokémon Bank, your game should say something like cleaning up, or restoring settings or something, then you should be back in active!
