How to Fix Ps4 Slow Upload/Download Speed
97Pretty self explanatory, this fix has helped me greatly with both my Ps4's upload and download speeds. Consequently it's greatly improved my online gaming. YMMV. All that's required is to log in to your router and change one setting, and changing 2 settings in your ps4.
Please note, if your ISP's DNS is faster than google's it's probably not a very good idea and could lead to lower speeds. My ps4 certainly thinks 8.8.8.8 is faster than my crappy ISP's DNS.
Also please note I'm not a tech guru, I make no promises and I take NO responsibility. I doubt I'll be able to help troubleshoot your individual problem. Try this method at your own risk!!!
If this doesn't work and you really need to reset your router, reset your router to factory default. You'll have to redo everything, but it'll be normal again. Again, I'm not claiming this as a be all end all fix it, simply what's helped my ps4 speeds.
