Do you want to know how to fix PS5 safe mode won't work or launch! To fix this try disconnecting your PS5 from your capture card or HDMI Splitter or HDMI switcher. Then directly connect it your TV or monitor. Also, make sure you are not trying to launch safe mode from the rest mode. You need to turn off your PS5 then hold down the power button for 10 seconds. If your in rest mode and you press the power button your PS5 will just turn on.
