How To FIX RUST Easy Anti Cheat Untrusted System File & Startup Error Steam Load Error

In this tutorial I will be showing you how to fix the error with rust when trying to launch the game it has an error message saying "startup error Steam Load Error - is Steam open? Please exit and try again with Steam open" and you only have the option to exit RUST and when you exit the game rust brings up another error saying "Easy Anti-Cheat Untrusted system file steam_api64.dll"

It's a very frustrating error but luckily it's an easy enough fix so you will be back playing Rust shortly.
