If you've got the Shellenv Keeps Stopping popup in your Quest 2 or Quest 3 headset I've got three options that can get you up and running. One option is a factory reset, but it's Not the only thing you can do. You can also use the Meta app to bypass the Shellenv keeps stopping error.

I demonstrate how you can access the headset using the phone app so you can free up space and how you can save files from the Quest, back to your pc.

These solutions can work with any of the following errors- "ShellEnv Keeps Stopping", "Social Platform keeps stopping", "Oculus System Utilities keeps stopping".

Method Two- will allow you to access the settings menu, if you want to try changing the "Home" page to something else.

Method Three- will allow you to get your pc connected, so you could also use sidequest to change the home environment or repair any faulty game files
