Steps in this video :
Step 1) Restart PC, try -dx12/-dx11 in launch options
Step 2) Rename/Delete the config folder (All saved settings will be lost) save game progress will be lost
Step 3) Perform clean installation of graphics driver

Step 4) Laptop users with dual graphics card: Run the game on dedicated graphics card,
Step 5) Run the game from the game installation folder, try running as an administrator, disable full screen optimization, try compatibility mode.
Step 6) Allow the game exe file to Antivirus program Avast, norton, bit defender, McAfee, Comodo/Windows Security & firewall
Step 7) Verify the game files.
Step 8) Install Visual C++ Files
Step 9) (Skip this step if you cannot launch the game) If able to launch switch to Windowed mode and lower down video settings, lock the FPS at 60
Step 10) Increase the Virtual Memory
View Advanced system settings.
Initial Size: 1.5 x Total Ram
Maximum Size: 3 X Total Ram
Step 11) Try power save mode, turn on/off Hardware accelerated GPU Scheduling, try launching game using NVIDIA App and optimize it, if already optimized then revert optimization and close Nvidia App
Step 12) Update Windows to the latest version
Step 13) Update System BIOS
Step 14) Unplug external devices such as hotas, pedals, racing wheel, Razer Tartarus, disconnect all the additional USB adapter connected to PC, disconnect additional joystick/controllers connected, disable/enable Steam overlay, close all the overlay apps (Discord, Nvidia app, Nvidia shadow play overlay, AMD overlay). Do not overclock, set it default, close all the overclocking application MSI Afterburner/Rivatuner, Close OVERWOLF, OBS, turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, close third-party services such as nahimic services/lightingservice.exe etc. in task manager remove the undervolt
Step 14) Uninstall the game, go to the game installation folder and delete the game folder, restart your PC, and reinstall the game to C Drive/if already installed to C drive, then install the game to another SSD
