Steps in this video:
Step 1) Set "UpscalingMethod" to "TSR", try windowed mode- FullscreenMode=2
Step 2) Disable overlay on Discord, Nvidia App or any overlay apps, also close overlay apps
Step 3) Disable G Sync in the NVIDIA app
Step 4) Link Steam Account to Shift Account
Step 5) Update Steam
Step 6) If you have Windows 11 N edition install Media Feature Pack
Step 7) Perform a clean installation of latest graphics card driver

Step 8) Roll back graphics driver
Step 9) Update BIOS
Step 10) Update game, try launching the game multiple times and if you received prompt to reset default settings then click yes, restart Steam/Epic Games Launcher, Update Epic Games Launcher
Step 11) Allow the game exe file to Antivirus program Avast, norton, bit defender, McAfee, Comodo/Windows Security & firewall
Step 12) Rename the config folder (All Saved Settings will be lost), Rename the save game files, create a backup first (You will lose all the game progress)
Step 13) Run the game from game installation folder, try running as an administrator, try compatibility mode
Step 14) Run the game on dedicated graphics card, try power saver mode, turn on/turn off hardware accelerated GPU scheduling
Step 15) Verify the game files
Step 16) Run Steam/Epic Game Launcher as an administrator
Step 17) Try -dx12 in launch options

Step 19) Update Windows
Step 15) unplug external devices such as hotas, pedals, racing wheel, Razer Tartarus, disconnect all the additional USB adapter connected to PC, disconnect additional joystick/controllers connected. Do not overclock, set it default, close all the overclocking application MSI Afterburner/Rivatuner, close third-party apps/Services, remove the undervolt
Step 16) Uninstall the game, go to the game installation folder and delete the game folder, restart your PC, and reinstall the game to C Drive/if already installed to C drive, then install the game to another SSD
