This video is for people who have tried everything to fix the Steam Deck not accepting updates even after you fully reimage the Deck with the recovery image. This includes changing wifi to 2.4ghz, changing the ufi bios time, etc. This should fix your issue.

Sorry I don't have footage of the actual issue in action, it was late when I figured this out and didn't feel like filming it at that point. Just follow along and you'll be able to resolve this.
