How to fix the FPS BOOST bug in FALLOUT / FALLOUT 76 | Xbox Series X

Step 1 - Turn off FPS BOOST (if you put it on)
Step 2 - Quit Fallout game, and launch different game
Step 3 - Quit that game and load Fallout without FPS Boost to register 4k30
Step 4- Quit Fallout game, then turn on FPS boost for it.
Step 5 - Load a different game to clear the FPS boost bug
Step 6 - Quit that game then launch Fallout again
Step 7 - Fallout should be 4k60 now

This applies to Fallout 4 and Fallout 76. Good to know in case this happens again.
