There's a band of flickering garbage pixels down the right edge of the screen in Captain Commando on PS1. Fortunately, you can hide it! Because when the game is paused, the d-pad moves the screen--so start a new game, pause, then nudge the screen position to the right by tapping right on the d-pad; once the trashy pixels are hidden, unpause, and enjoy the game without that distracting graphic glitch. : )
