Step 1) AMD users- Install AMD Adrenalin Edition 25.3.2 Optional Update
Step 2) Disable integrated graphics card/AMD integrated graphics card in device manager
Step 3) If able to launch the game, try Windowed mode, set Volumetric Effects Quality to Low/High instead of Medium, turn off dynamic resolution scaling, turn off Frame Generation, turn off NVIDIA Reflex, Vsync On/off, Refresh Rate 60hz
Step 4) Use legacy display ICC color management
Step 5) Allow the game exe to Malwarebytes or disable Malwarebytes before launching the game, enable it once done playing the game, allow the game exe file to your antivirus program/Windows Security and Firewall
Step 6) Optimize game on Nvidia app
Step 7) Increase the virtual memory
View Advanced system settings.
Initial Size: 1.5 x Total Ram
Maximum Size: 3 X Total Ram
Step 8) Disable Steam Overlay, close all the overlay apps (Discord, GeForce Experience, Nvidia shadow play overlay, AMD overlay), close all the overclocking application MSI Afterburner/Rivatuner
Step 9) Install install_pspc_sdk_runtime/PsPcSdkRuntimeInstaller/PsPcSdkRuntimeManager, Verify the game files.
Step 10) Launch the launcher from game folder and then launch the game, run the game as an administrator from the game installation folder, try running the game in compatibility mode.
Step 11) Perform a clean installation of graphics driver.

Step 12) Run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 13) Unplug External devices such as hotas, wheel, pedals, mouse, Razer Tartarus, disconnect all the additional USB adapter connected to PC, disconnect additional joystick/controllers connected, disconnect multiple monitors, turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, close third-party services such as nahimic services/lightingservice.exe etc. in task manager
Step 14) Update BIOS
Step 15) Uninstall the game, go to the game installation folder and delete the game folder, restart your PC, and reinstall the game to C Drive/if already installed to C drive, then install the game to another SSD
