Hello! When you are doing the steps, make sure after you do "net user /add (name)", you also do "Net localgroup administrators (name)" otherwise the newly created user will not be able to do admin stuff.

If you already made the user and are in windows, or are having the defaultuser0 issue, boot into Windows and press shift 5 times, and then type "Net localgroup administrators (name)". If you cannot access command prompt using the shift 5 times method, you may need to reinstall windows.

Also, for the people wondering how I restart the computer with a menu, this will not apply to you, as I did this in a VM so that I could screen record, to restart, just hold down the power button until the computer turns off and then press the power button again to turn it on.
