0In this video, I’ll be helping you solve the issue regarding WhatsApp’s storage getting almost full. This issue can be very annoying to anyone since the device’s memory gets overused by one app alone.
This problem could occur due to the exchange of photos, videos, files, etc. that you send to other users, which primarily gets stored in your phone’s memory.
So, in order to solve the problem, make sure you have your app updated, then follow these simple steps:
Firstly, open WhatsApp, then click on the three vertical dots at the top-right of the page, and then click on ‘Settings’.
Then, click on ‘Storage and Data’ and click on manage storage.
Once you do that, you’ll see your WhatsApp friend list with whom you’ve shared different media. Click on their name, and the media you’ve shared with regard to its storage holding will be listed.
You can then select the ones that you’d like to remove just by holding it for a second or two then click on the little ‘Trash Can’ icon at the top right of the page.
If you do not want to go through all the processes mentioned, you can simply just go to your app settings and find WhatsApp, then clear its cache.
After following the steps mentioned, you’ll be able to get rid of your issue regarding WhatsApp storage.
