You acknowledge your WhatsApp account is banned when you enter your mobile number and a message pops up saying ‘Your phone number.......... has been banned from using Whatsapp'.
Your account might get banned basically due to two reasons: a) by mistake b) if you breach community guidelines of Whatsapp or do something wrong on WhatsApp
If your account has been banned due to a latter reason, it can’t be fixed. It’s for the permanent time period. But if banned due to former reasons, it can be unbanned.
Therefore, follow the procedures to get your account unbanned. Whenever the notice saying ‘Your phone number………. has been banned from using Whatsapp’ shows up on your screen, there you can see two options ‘Support' and ‘Cancel'. Click on ‘Support’. There appears a page, write about your problem over there, in a kind of formal language. And click on next where a list of options is displayed. Click on none but on ‘This doesn’t answer my question' which takes you to your email.
Write an email to Whatsapp staff mentioning that your WhatsApp account has been banned for no reason. Wait for some time, it will be auto-filled and send it. It will be sent to Whatsapp.
Now, wait at least two days. Whatsapp will be replying to you through email whether they have decided to unban your account or not. If they have decided to unban it, you can open your account how you normally open it.
