Viber verification code problem is the problem that occurs when you try to login to Viber and have even typed the correct phone number over there. After typing on your phone, Viber sends you the verification code to verify either it’s your number or not. But to your utmost surprise, you didn’t receive the code even though you have typed the correct phone number.
So, in the following video, I will be helping you out to fix the problem of the Viber verification code. So, follow the procedures as below.
Go to your Viber app, press on it for a while, and click on App Info. There go to ‘Permissions' and have a look if all permissions have been turned on or not. Even if turning on all permissions doesn’t work. Follow the next method.
Go to ‘Storage Usage', click on ‘Clear Data', and then on ‘Clear’. This is going to clear all your cache and data of Viber. This resets all the settings and errors as well. This way you will receive the code you didn’t receive previously. If it still doesn’t fix the problem, do the last and final step.
Make sure your internet connection is stable and delete your Viber app and install it again.
