This video will show you how to fix Windows 10 Store missing without actually repairing or re-installing the entire operating system.
1. Download the file Reinstall-preinstalledApps.zip from Microsoft and extract the contents of the folder.

2. Copy and paste the zip file into C:\

3. Open PowerShell as administrator. After that, enter this command and press Enter:

Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted

If it asks you to change the execution policy, type Y and press Enter

cd C:\

.\reinstall-preinstalledApps.ps1 *Microsoft.WindowsStore*

4. Refresh Windows Store Cache by pressing Windows Key + R then type wsreset.exe. Click OK.

5. Type the following command into PowerShell and press Enter:

Set-ExecutionPolicy AllSigned

6. Restart your PC.
