This is a short tutorial on how to fix Word/Excel - Startup crash error. Bex crash error.

Simple and fast solution. Usually, there is a startup addon that causes Excel or Word to crash. It might be antivirus or other software.

I am showing an example with Word 2013 and Excel 2013 but this should work for all versions.
