In this Windows 10 tutorial, I will be showing you how to fix error code 0x00000001 in the Xbox app you will most likely come across this error within the Xbox app when trying to download and install a game to your PC or Laptop. After trying to download a game it will just keep saying preparing then after a little while it will then give you a message saying "Error 0% View Progress" If you then click on error details the Xbox app will then display a window saying "Something unexpected happened. Error code: 0x00000001"
