Steps in this video :
Step 1) Restart PC
Step 2) Start Microsoft Account Sign In Assistant
Step 3) Run inetcpl.cpl command
Step 4) Try installing Xbox App from Microsoft website/Store
Step 5) Run these commands
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
Step 6) Switch to different network, try mobile hotspot
Step 7) Turn off/Turn on VPN
Step 8) Run Gaming Services Repair Tool
Step 9) Logout and Login with correct account on Microsoft Store, make sure date, time, time zone and region are correct
Step 10) Go to Microsoft store library and try installing from it
Step 11) Run this powershell command
Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
Step 12) Delete Microsoft Store Local Cache

Step 13) Run WSRESET command
Step 14) Repair/reset store
Step 15) Update Store from store downloads
Step 16) Install Xbox identity provider and Gaming services

Uninstall remains of gaming service
get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers
Install Gaming service
start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN
Step 17) Start all these services
IP Helper
Xbox Live Auth Manager
Xbox Live Game Save
Xbox Live Networking Service
Gaming services
Windows Update
Microsoft install service
Step 18) Update Windows
Step 19) Uninstall and reinstall Store
Get-AppxPackage -allusers WindowsStore | Remove-AppxPackage
Reboot your computer
Get-AppxPackage -allusers WindowsStore | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
Step 20) Update Windows to the latest version using media creation tool
