Install Gaming Services

Step 2) Run this command
Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
Step 3) Perform Clean Installation of Graphics Driver
