Welcome back to the channel. In this video I will be explaining how you can fix games that aren't launching on your console and fix the installation stopped error. I was trying to play my game and it wouldn't launch so I tried a few different methods to fix it and it still wouldn't work so I uninstalled the game, tried reinstalling it and I was presented with the installation stopped error that wouldn't let me do anything with the base game but had no effect on the downloadable content or expansions.
After spending about an hour and a half talking to Xbox customer support I still had no solution to the problem so I ended the chat and tried one last thing that was simple and it worked. I changed my default installation device from my external HDD to my internal hard drive and the game started installing straight away.
