How to install/ or fix Google Play related problems in Tencent gaming buddy such as; freezing, white screen, hanging or not responding, which often causes problems not being able to connect to PlayGames which is neccesary to connect with games account.

note: if you already have installed Google Play services and you just want to fix not responding errors or playgames connect issues, skip to min 20:27
