if u unironically wanna learn how to do this, which if I'm honest it has close to 0 practical use
1. turn off recoil using weapon_accuracy_nospread 1 and weapon_recoil_scale 0
2. make sure u r on low sens for that extra consistency
3. slow pads r better for flicks if u r gonna try do it the same way as me
4. when u flick try to minimize the latency between targets and the amount of frames it takes u to get from point A to point B
5. do it for like 10 mins every day and within a month u should be a lot better than me already
6. lift ur mouse a lot when u do this, for me it barely ever touches the mousepad fully
