To force turn off an Android phone, you can follow these steps:

Press and hold the power button on your Android phone until the screen goes black.
Keep holding the power button until the device vibrates and/or you see the manufacturer's logo.
Release the power button and immediately press and hold the volume down button.
Continue holding the volume down button until the device finishes restarting, or until you see a message on the screen that says "Safe mode" or "Recovery mode".
If you see "Safe mode" or "Recovery mode", use the volume buttons to navigate to "Power off" or "Reboot system now", and then press the power button to select that option.
Wait for the device to shut down completely, and then press the power button again to turn it back on.
