This video will help you change body shape on text to image prompt, or even an existing image file that you could edit using inpainting.
You could change Age from a very young age, teen, grown up, adult and old. It works for female and male character. You can customize your preferred Age by adjusting the weights on your own. Low weight will generate younger character while hight weight will generate old character. I recommended using -4 to +4.
In this video we also gave example of an original picture and a list of age given to it so you know how much weight you should given to a picture.
