To achieve Call of Duty-like aiming on a controller while playing XDefiant, consider adjusting the following settings:

Button Layout: Stick with the default or choose the Skill Thumb Brawler layout.

Stick Layout: Use the default stick layout.
Aim Assist: Keep it enabled (Standard).
Aim Assist Strength: Set it to the maximum value (0).
Aim Assist Follow: Also set it to the maximum value (0).
Aim Assist Curve Type: Stick with the standard curve type.
Horizontal/Vertical Sensitivity: Personal preference, but around 25 is a good starting point.

Dead Zone (Right/Left Stick): Adjust based on your controller’s condition (around 15).
Controller Vibration: Turn it off for better precision
