How to get Chrome 0.2/1.0 working on early Windows Whistler/XP builds!
5I finally managed getting Chrome 0.2/1.0 to work on Windows Whistler build 2428! I had to put the "chrome.exe" in the version folder, put "winhttp.dll" in the system32 folder, and then used --no-sandbox command line for Google Chrome, and then it finally works on Whistler 2428. But however, the features are extremely buggy unless the Windows Classic theme is used.

This would be the bare minimum requirement is build 2419.
This guide has a chance that it may most likely work on Windows XP RTM and SP1.
For an example: I am installing Chrome 1.0 on Windows Whistler build 2428 as an example.
