The DBD community manager explicitly stated that they basically do not care if you're changing the png files (which is what you're doing), but there is always a chance that Easy Anti-Cheat may change in the future. It is VERY unlikely that you will get banned for doing this, but Easy Anti-Cheat always has the possibility of detecting something like this, though they never have.
